Since 3 months Aircel is providing an offer to get '200 at 149 '
For past 2 months , the 200 rup. Bal was credited in man bal which is useful for activating packs like GPRS ,SMS etc.,
But now it is added to promo account so you can use it only for calls .

I think this offer is not now effective as in past . .
