For me for browsing vuclip.com i've been charged 2.00 from main browser . But when i browsed it from ucbrowser by keeping option as wap access via server i've not been charged by them . So you also use the uc browser to skip the unnecessary charges of docomo and virgin networks for vuclip . Have great browsing .
